I liked the facilities. It's an older motel, but it's exceptionally clean. I loved the fact that they have special rooms for different needs. My husband and I travel with 2 dogs and we were put in a "dog room " which was decked out with pictures of dogs, a stuffed dog on the bed, and a dog cookie jar filled with dog treats!! The manager at the front desk was friendly and very helpful when we checked in.

Downtown location in the Springs. Close to our meetings. Room was clean but in need of a update.
Pretty easy walk to Tejon street and all the activities there.
The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of hot water in the shower.
The exterior of this property was clean. The rooms were mostly clean.
